This home page is not a web shop, but a catalogue of books published or
solely distributed by Apollo Books. For placing an order, please send us an
e-mail, a fax or a letter with
your order and we shall attend to it as soon as possible.
Prices: All prices in this catalogue are
given in Euro (EUR), United States Dollars (US$) and Danish Kroner (DKK) and are
subject to change without prior notice. The prices do not include postage.
Danish customers should add v.a.t. (moms) 25% to the prices.
Credit terms: Payments are due within 30 days
after date of invoice for customers in Europe and 60 days for customers outside
Europe. Goods supplied remains the property of Apollo Books until paid in full.
Payment: Payment can take place in one of the
following ways:
Customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and
Finland may transfer payment to our giro account. A giro payment card will be
enclosed with the invoice. Customers in Norway, Sweden and Finland should add
DKK 30,00 to the invoice amount to cover our costs on the transfer.
Transfer to our bankers: Jyske Bank,
Svendborg, Denmark. IBAN number and BIC code necessary for a low cost transfer
is stated on the invoice. Transfer to our bank account must take place in such a
way, that it happens without costs for Apollo Books. Should it happen that we
are charged for transfer costs, we unfortunately have to collect these costs by
the customer.
By a personal cheque in your own currency if
the amount in your own currency is stated on the invoice.
By sending cash bank notes in a registrered
letter if the amount in your own currency is stated on the invoice.
By a cheque in Danish Kroner (DKK) and drawn
on a Danish Bank. Please add DKK 30,00 to the invoice amount to cover our costs
on cashing the cheque.
By credit card: Visa-, Euro-, Mastercard or
JCB. As we have to pay a fee on credit card payments on not less than 5,75%, we
unfortunately have to charge the customer for 4% of the invoice amount on credit
card payments. If you want to pay with credit card we will ask that you send
your card number and expiry date together with your order as it takes 35 days
before we receive the payment.
